Progress

I have put this page here to keep you abreast of developments as they occur of the support front. We are explicitly not running a charity, our effort is to provide assistance for a fellow paramotor pilot and Club member in a far away land.

1/ A copy of Paramotoring from the Ground Up
2/ A flying Suit (Dave)
3/ The bones of a motor unit.  (very GC – under negotiation)

Now that I have financial oversight (Paul Watkins and his accountant lady wife) I think it best that we do not publish the totals that we are generating. They trickle in and are not massive but the perceptive will see our reasoning. If any donor would like to see the results of our campaign they are welcome to contact me.  norman@pfm-fts.com
As time moves on we will run other supportive initiatives to help raise funds.

It’s important for me to outline what we are aiming to do with contributions.

Karan’s initial PPG training to PPG1 is covered by his own resources and a bit of sponsorship. Our push is to get our man equipped and airborne, not set him up in business. He will do that himself after he has built his flying experience and reached the stage where he can qualify as an instructor in around eighteen months time. I am sure we would like to help him then as well, but the journey is his alone as it would be for any of us. Our role is help and carefully considered council and guidance.
